Day 1 - the Physical (Body)

How to prepare the container, physical, cleansing and clearing practices, limpias, ritual, breathwork, kundalini kriya

Day 2 - Mind

Anchoring practices, meditation, exploration of the 6-7th chakras, clearing the subconscious, understanding the 3 minds (positive negative, neutral), and deepening kundalini science and technology

Day 3 - Spirit

On the final day we’ll continue deepening from the topics of day 1 and 2 and also venture into the realms of the 4th chakra.
